Want to improve your understanding of how to work with groups? Then the next 6 weeks are going to be just for you!
Dr Rick Jensen and Henry Brunton bring some of their best info to this conversation. Talking all about how your students actually learn and some of the most important factors (most instructors forget) when working with groups.
One reason to many instructors fall short when working with groups is because they feel like they have to be the show… It’s just not true. Let your students learn and discover on their own.
Be Courageous! You’ll die on the lesson tee over time.
If you haven’t started working with groups Dr Rick suggests simply STARTING SMALL. There is nothing wrong working with a couple or a few kids from a high school team. Don’t think you have to start with 10 students in a program.
In fact by starting small you’ll be able to get amazing results from students and be able to leverage those to attract more students because of the results you get from starting small.
