Today we have a case study of how a former club fitter/builder transitioned to running a massive junior coaching program just in the past couple years. We’ll talk about how he went from 5, 20, 100+ juniors in his program.

Nobody at Phil’s course wanted to build out the junior program because they thought there wasn’t any money in it. Also, the course was to busy and he struggled to get students out on the course for tournaments or playing lessons. A lot of obstacles but we talked about how he managed these and saw success anyways.

You took action, adapted. Took action, adapted. And now have 120+ kids in your programs.

We dive into the mindsets you need and why so many people delay and fail when launching new programs. It’s a far to common reality that folks run into when trying to move their business forward.
