Over the past couple of years Andrew Rice has hosted a number of coach camps, bringing together some awesome presenters and a group of coaches who are looking to learn and grow. I wanted to learn about HIS biggest takeaways from all these events, so that’s what our conversation focuses on.

#1 – An Exit Strategy

This idea came from Mark Crossfield, talking about making a plan and strategy that has the end goal of a successful exit strategy. Andrew shares his exit strategy and we talk about opportunities for coaches.

#2 – Audience first approach

Every presenter that has presented at Coach Camp has in some way shared content and their messages for an audience (that’s why Andrew has selected them to present). Having an audience gives you increased leverage and opportunity as a business owner.

#3 – No pendulum when it comes to putting

David Orr brought to light the idea that there is no formula, no ONE way to do it, and this idea of a pendulum in the putting stroke isn’t reality.

Each person is unique and we can’t just stick with old golf cliches when the paradigm is changing. But if everyone is unique how do we get someone started who has little skill? We talk about in the show!

#4 – Importance of managing the club face through impact

Picked up from all the golf instructors who have talked at camps Andrew shares why he sees this as so important and what he’s basing his thoughts from.
