We’re going to talk about the system and programs that Jeff has developed over the years that have worked so well with juniors. It’s a great example to take a look at as you’re building out some new programs or tweaking your own.

Jeff has really invested in the technology and the atmosphere he coaches in. They care deeply about the tech but don’t rely on it.
