Liam Mucklow Golf instructor business
Liam Mucklow has built a business that generates revenue whether he is working or not. Something that I know a lot of you are really working hard to get to, so today we’re going to dive in and figure out how he did it.

We’re going to hear the scenario that lead Liam to launch the Golf Lab and what the first 1-2 years looked like when he didn’t even have his own facility. I love the strategies he used to launch and capture his first students, something that is totally repeatable in other locations.

Liam also had some interesting experiences with investors while growing the business. You can tell this forced him to really turn this into a business that systematically grew and generated real substantial profits. Something most golf professionals just don’t focus on.

We’re going to talk about:

  • Ideas for generating revenue from your technology.
  • How to create a “membership” program at your facility.
  • Launching an indoor golf facility from scratch
  • How to leverage a gym to create your initial students and members
  • Dealing with outside investors

Make sure to hear how Liam leveraged his Trackman to generate a database of emails and create a great experience for tournaments taking place at his course. It’s an amazing strategy that everyone should be using. It’s a MASSIVE win-win.

Make sure to check out the site and facility Liam and I talk about during the interview at the website. http://www.thegolflab.ca/
